Unconditional love was the very fabric of the spiritual realm from which the totality of reality emerges.
As postulated in physics, pure information is at the core of all reality. Those scientists (i.e., John Archibald Wheeler, Carl Friedrich von Weizsäcker, among others) also believe this pure information to have no “attitude” or “personality.” However, according to those who have been awash in it through all manner of spiritually transformative experiences, that informational substrate underlying our universe appears to be made of profound unconditional love and connection.
A natural result of feeling the infinite love of the universe is to recognize that conscious awareness is the very same force at the core of all existence. The binding force of love reported by the spiritual journeyers over millennia brings to mind the concept of “the ether.” Many would identify ether as the substance that acts as the binding force of our universe, making it very much identical to that infinite energy of love.
Some people seem to naturally radiate love. Think about the most generous, welcoming people in your life and you can probably call up an example. Loving oneself is a critical step to fully being able to love others, but it can be challenging to fully embrace this concept. It’s a universal wound that we feel inadequate or unworthy of truly being loved.
It is possible to cultivate a connection to that universal force of love. Since we are connected with all that is at a fundamental level, we all have the potential to serve as conduits of the healing power of love underlying the core of all existence. Knowing how our heart’s energy affects those around us, if each of us takes personal responsibility for managing our heart, imagine how the world might change.
PRACTICE
In your daily practice, imagine something for which you are grateful, something that you love, and notice how that feels in your heart. That feeling that you have is being generated and felt from within. Realize what that means: You are the love. Rather than directing loving thoughts toward yourself, simply be the love that you are.
As you do this, radiate this loving energy out into the world and invite the love that exists in the world to enter you.
I have focused on unconditional love formic of my life, despite most people telling me this was impossible. My teenage son, 30 years ago, gave me an assignment one day. Imagine everyone you meet today has a precious gift to give you. Your job. today, is to recognize the gift! It became a life long practice, although I don’t always remember!
I am getting better and better at imagining I am encountering “the best” in everyone I meet, knowing they are only a reflection of myself as another aspect of the Divine, of God. I have been studying this for 30 years and know of what you are teaching here, however, went through it anyway. I would highly recommend it to anyone NEW to these things. They are among the most profound things “I” have already learned in my 73 years on this earth. Just found the comment box today. I am used to finding it at the top of most pages!! Celebrating Love’s Magic, Morgine Jurdan
Blessings to all – with thanks for the opportunity- unconditional love I have grappled with, but w experience I see that identifying with infinite creative lovingness has nothing to do with my personal limitations, that merely block the knowing of the true essence within. Therefore judging the worthiness of the personality does not change the nature of the true Self if we can realize and surrender to it . Metta 💙
Hi Eben and Karen. The course is going to end in 4 days. It’s been something I’ve looked forward to and leaned on since the beginning.
My husband, Vinny, passed on suddenly from a heart attack. It was a true deep love.
I took great comfort in your course.
Is there something more I could do once this has ended?
We have a membership site as of October 2019 that you may wish to join:

I’ve had people tell me I’m loving and kind. I went thru many years of pain and found humility. I am grateful if people find me this way.
I had a partner for 20 years until September 12th who was just so loving as well. We both struggled with loving ourselves but it grew and changed and could finally see qualities about ourselves that we appreciated. We caught ourselves when we would be judgmental of ourselves or others. It’s hard for me to continue the process in full force right now since I’m grieving. But, I know where Vinny is, it’s all about love. So, I will take that forward and strive for better for as long as I’m here…
Blessings to all!
I have tried and tried to get to a place to order cd’s from Eben’s website and cannot. Could you please direct me as to how you can order things?

During my adult years, especially, I have ALWAYS been disappointed when I failed to be compassionate, forgiving, unselfish, & accepting of others. To use love & unselfishness as an approach to all situations brings the best results b/c, at the very least, you did your best, even if you suffered. “No loss, no gain” means to me that losing is a way to grow b/c now you see how your interests & comfort are not always the most important. I was intrigued when, many years ago, a girl I was strongly attracted to & had just met back-pedaled even though there was a glass counter separating the two of us. So, yes, if others can feel intense arousal, then certainly they can feel love radiating from you. I find myself not wanting to watch Anita Moorjani’s videos b/c she usually makes me cry like a baby. Her message about loving yourself always reminds me of my self-hatred & that so much of my agony in the past is b/c of that. So I strive each day to “fake it ’til I make it” & express the passionate energy inside, which my true, enduring Self.
“Self-love,” for me, I discovered means “being full of love.” The self being full of love takes care of everything. No need to worry about self-esteem or judgement of others. When one is full of love, one doesn’t need what is called “self-esteem” because esteem is all-pervading.
It is so beyond what is ordinarily called “love”; it is not the same thing. Even my love for my son, which is total—but my motherly love is not free from the fear of him having some mishap or suffering. There is always a tinge of anxiety in my love for another human or an animal because they can be harmed in this world. But what I have experienced of divine love is so complete, so lifting, so free of anything else but the pure bliss, the amazing smoothness and flow of it, there is no anxiety and nothing else in it but love.
After studying some further lessons, I came to the idea that unconditional love for one’s neighbor means love for the Father, the Life Source, which is one with all beings, and thus we love us in an unselfish way. To love your neighbor is to love the Father and yourself. Self-love as suggested by many to train to love can lead to narcissistic, possessive love and not result in our mission, which is to love the Creator directly and through its members, our spiritual brothers.
Hi, folks learning about real Life
For Bob Fay and Love x Entropy. The opposite of entropy is called syntropy, and when one observes how nature transforms a primary natural terrestrial environment, made of rocks only (without permeable soil, without superior biodiversity, without ecosystem services, with extreme temperature and humidity, inhospitable to a upper life like that of humans, and then transform it in a climax natural environment (eg a forest), with structures and processes (ecosystem services) that are highly beneficial to a diversified upper life, we may verify that there are emerging conditions (emerging niches) that benefit the establishment of more demanding and more complex species. Life generates conditions for more life forms to appear. This is called syntropy. Although individuals are subject to entropy, the community, the ecosystem expands, becomes more diverse and complex, more stable, more productive. Entropy occurs in lifeless systems. Where life occurs the syntropy prevails. When I destroy the structures and processes of an ecosystem, for example, to construct anthropic environments (constructions, soil waterproofing, etc.), ecological regression occurs, with strong entropy action, back to primary natural environments, inhospitable to higher life and biomass production.
For the discussion of love, I still need to feel, to experience this unconditional, divine love. I know the love of the ego well. Christ in his letters discusses this very well. I sought to understand this unconditional love rationally, and I came to the conclusion that it would be a kind of full brotherhood, a well-will of all, without distinction, without judgment, and a compassion for those who are in a state of suffering.
Some discussed the possibility of escape from earth life to the heaven. But that is not our mission. Our mission of life is precisely to understand how the process of Life is and to seek to establish the kingdom of the heaven in our earthly world, expressing the unconditional love of the Source. Christ in his letters makes this very clear. And for that we will have all the help of the spiritual world. But for that we need to choose the (free will) option of wanting to do that. And for this we need to tame and train our ego, just as a knight (Higher Self) tames a wild horse (ego, vehicle to our higher Self). Certainly being able to become, by our example of life (and not only knowledge and perception), a beacon of unconditional love, we will help to illuminate the lives of other twilight spirits (like most of us) and of dark spirits, acting here in earthly life. Love is highly energetic and spiritualizing (see Hawkins’ levels of consciousness).
I wonder why all of the comments I read date back to days weeks months years before these present 33 Days entries. Having not a single person responding during my present time frame (today’s subject Love downloaded today, April 30, 2019, offers past insight but where are comments from other readers of today’s date? This leaves me feeling like I am reading history but having no real time conversations. What’s up. Why am I even responding or posting my thoughts? What’s the point?
Hi Nona :). I am sending Love and relating more and more to the timeless element behind existence. There is a lot of wonderful thoughts and conversations that were offered before this present 33 day offering…It is kind of nice that the earlier conversations were left for us here too.
I’m part of a rather large on- line community that is close to my heart. I’ve noticed there are actually very few people that speak and talk through the community. just a hand full compared to the number of actual members. I think it is just part of it.
please don’t stop responding, I’ve noticed you have shared some very meaningful thoughts, and we never know how it might be just the right thing that was like a little manna for another.
Confession. I know I am talented and creative and I fall into the trap that so many creative people do. It is never good enough. Over the past few years I have come into a daily battle against perfectionism, realizing that it is unattainable and the worst enemy of creativity. I have begun to love myself and this 33 day process is becoming a great help. I delve inside to find the greater good within myself and can express it outwardly. I now know that it is not the the ultimate object of our creativity that brings joy. It is the journey.
I have long suspected and later believed that this world is not what we think it is. Illusion is probably the wrong term, Perhaps school house is better. But finding out that loving myself is a key. Without that I cannot love others. On this I must work. I see that it is true.
Hi everyone,
I’m really enjoying this 33 day journey. I’ve found what Karen says about gratitude opening up the heart to be true. When I meditate I try to remember to express gratitude to God. It goes something like this:
Thank you Lord…
…for my beautiful and loving wife;
…for all of the people in my life who love me- all of my friends and family;
…for my beautiful and loving cat;
…for a nice home;
…for enough to eat;
…for adequate clothing;
…for a nice car;
…for good health;
…for a good job;
…for enough money.
Thank you, thank you, thank you.
And thanks for Karen and Eben. My life has taken a dramatic turn for the better in recent months and the work of Karen and Eben is a big reason for that. Speaking of love, I just got the Love Body meditation from Sacred Acoustics and it is sublime. I’ve only listened to it one time so far, but it was so good that it left me feeling love for everyone for the rest of the day. I highly recommend it, and I’m going to try to listen to daily until my feeling of love for all of humanity and creation is unshakeable and permanent. I hope it has that effect anyway. Peace, light, and love to you all.
Thank you Tobin. Nona
The well known Muslim female saint and mystic, Rabia, was asked “Do you love God?”.
She answered “Yes”
She was then asked “Do you hate the devil?”
She replied “No, my love of God leaves me no time to hate the devil”.
St. Teresa de Avila, 15th century: “I do not fear Satan half so much as I fear those who fear him.”
Gratitude is so deeply connected to our experience of love, as many have expressed here. I also experience the most joyous feeling of love w my animal family members and often find myself grinning from ear to ear when talking to them or engaging w them in some way. One of my goals is to judge less and just observe. I would say for myself, that judgement is the biggest barrier to love.
The feeling of gratitude does change everything. Its power to bring deep contentment, and a sense of the grace of being, is so present. What astonishes me is how ego jumps in so often to try to stop the process. The challenge is to let go of that interruption on the instant. I spend a lot of time doing this, using tools that help. The sound recordings have now become one of those tools. I don’t think of it as vigilance, but it seems vital to be attentive, and to have intent in our thoughts, what Carlos Castaneda described so long ago. What happens then is synchronicity shows up–we get more hints or paths that open to give us awareness of how to reach into the love that is omnipresent. So I have become attentive. If I get even a slight intuition to look at something, or listen to something, which I used to often ignore, now I stop what I am doing or thinking and pay attention to it. A few days ago, which I might have mentioned before, it was to pick up the little book by Joseph S. Benner “The Impersonal Life.” It is all about consciousness, though written back in 1916. I have had it on a table for many months unread but now I read a chapter a day. This morning I realized suddenly why I had bought it. Back in 2015 Wayne Dyer began a video series with Hay House. He is just sitting in a chair talking. And in the third one–the last one before he passed away, I think–he held up a little book, about 5 by 3, and said it was a book of love that understood everything, “The Impersonal Life.” The chapter I read today spoke of how our personality is not ours but part of a great consciousness, a universal consciousness, and we each–indeed, every rock and animal and mineral as well–are an expression of an idea this consciousness wanted to express in a unique way. This message is all around now, yet I cannot get enough of it. I am guessing my finally turning to reading this little book was inspired by these daily sessions you have provided–again, a purposeful synchronicity.
Looks like and interesting book. I just ordered it. Thanks.
Synchronicity… my wife just texted this reminder:
LOVE
Ultimately I figured, love was love, and love came in infinite forms. It was everywhere all the time, so I could never lack it. It was who I was, who everyone was, so how could I ever lack something I was? I knew this was the truth and I also knew there would be moments I would forget it. That was the nature of life. Regardless of our circumstances, we all had intense moments of separateness. Its just part of the human experience. I would remember the truth from time to time and find my way back to contentment.

So Love your ” Seeking Heaven-Sound Journeys into the Beyond” . I feel so much Love and Healing when I listen to them. Thank you so very much.
It’s funny that I am reading this while actually at an airport myself.
I’m awaiting my dear daughter . We are both learning love and I love this!
Thank you

The feeling of gratitude from the heart is an amazing cohesive experience and you can’t help but just radiate it towards others.
I am enjoying /appreciating reading the comments.. love the sharing… in the last few yrs i have become very involved with music.. i have discovered how music opens the heart…also i have noticed many of my music buddies are healthy wholesome folks ….so i am like a wide awake 5 yr old just loving the beautiful energy that is manifested by the combined efforts of making music..
That’s beautiful.
God is pure love. He created the universe so his love is the underlying force. He also created natural laws, other forces and interactions so information had to be there from the beginning. He set the universe up so we could choose love, the force of life that makes two one, that binds two together, that unites and forms relationships. For there to be a choice he had to create an opposing force, entropy. Entropy does the opposite of love; it makes one thing two, breaks bonds, destroys and eventually kills. To really know love you have to understand entropy.
Loving ourselves unconditionally and forgiving ourself are so important especially when we see our shadows to work on. Whatever stage of love we are in will bring that vibration level of love. So how we think, act in love is what will come to us.
Animals are great in teaching us about unconditional love.
Puppies always gets me too. I love animals, so when I think of or see photos of animals playing, or their devotion to humans my heart just opens in great love and joy.
Love presents itself in various ways, according to the slant we are functioning at. If we are made from love, it is a matter of recognizing it, to make it a permanent fixture in our lives. There are people in my distant family, who have chosen to divide themselves into the total opposite, but on the odd encounter, I always treat them with respect and love for their inner being. Love to all, Margaret.
I love love! God is pure unconditional love, I’m looking forward to meeting Him someday, and all of you!
I don’t want to allow getting attacked from anything negative anymore. Calling the neutral observer and connect with the universal love that indicates that poverty is just an idea of greed. May we find a way of living all in peace, harmony and love, where everyone has enough to live a good, blessed, happy life. Thanks for your practices coming to the right time. Thank you Natascha for sharing these sites. We all have ours escape safe Heaven, don’t we? I would like to live in the World without the reason for an open door to escape.
Thank YOU Bozenna! I was thinking of you quite often now, warm and lovely. Heaven is not an escape- it’s reality. Ask Eben Alexander ‘Proof of Heaven’—–may be on earth.
I used the word “Heaven” metaphorically. Thank you for your kind words and likewise.
In a very moving private psychomanteum experience with Dr. Raymond Moody, a presence that shaped itself as St. Catherine of Siena stressed to me the absolute necessity to “Love the Darkenss bright.” Over and over she said this like a mantra. At this particular time, in this place…it is a challenge of huge proportions…one I feel each of us is here to embrace.
Thank you Joellyn for your comment. Love the darkness bright seems a useful way of seeing the ‘forces’ of ‘not love’. A needed piece for me right now.
My favorite topic and so easy to understand. Even easier to pass on to others who despertely need to experience this great power of the heart and mind.

The love is so overwhelming that I can’t talk about it without crying.
It does make me cry, when I see the world of people at airports , from all over, and I look into their eyes and feel their suffering and joys! I know each is a part of the field we create; best to love as God loves , with compassion.
So encouraging to read all the positive stories…
I will utilize this gratitude meditation daily and radiate it out into the world… pooling together all the Love radiation from the gathering Hearts unites the individual Lights into a Mighty Ray of Light…
This will help others as well as nurturing self
