Intention is creating an imagined state of being for something you wish to achieve as if you had already attained it—truly feeling as if you have already gained what you desired.
Adding conscious intention to your practice often yields significant results. Intention is a tool of your inner observer’s focused attention that can be employed to achieve your chosen objectives. Where we place our attention is fundamentally the linkage between consciousness and any aspect of the world around us.
Resonance, or “like attracts like,” explains how patterns of any type can reinforce similar patterns, just as wave patterns demonstrate constructive and destructive interference. Resonance can greatly amplify the power of the information that overlaps between such interacting forces.
If you wish to receive an answer to a question, imagine how you would feel when the question is answered—clarity. If you’re seeking a solution to a problem, imagine what it would feel like when the solution is found—success. If you don’t have a particular goal, simply open yourself to all possibilities—trust.
Associate your particular issue in your mind with a chosen word and in your daily practice, focus on just that one word. It is critical to integrate your feeling state and not just think about the literal definition of the word. Combining the emotion of a word (and what it represents) with the thought of a word (its literal definition) creates a powerful force.
You can experiment by using a combination of up to three words. Feel the differences between various combinations of words.
Please note: Holding an expectation of exactly how the outcome of your intention will be accomplished is detrimental to success. Resolution to issues often arrives in completely unexpected ways. It is vital to maintain an open state of mind and to be receptive to any path that might present itself. We don’t always know beforehand what might be the best solution to an issue. Crucial to the process is to let go of any attachment to results and outcome.
PRACTICE
Add intention to your daily practice by setting an intention using just one word. Select a word that represents the state of being you would like to have once your objective is achieved. From your heart space, generate what you would feel like in that state; really feel it, as if it has already happened. Then let go of any expectation on how that intention might be fulfilled and trust that it will be delivered.
Try this with and without the supplied audio recordings from previous days.
Intention is likely one of the trickiest pieces! So much comes into play that is hard to grasp at. I have found that it depends on a lot of previous programming that we are mostly unaware of. And the letting go that we think (catch 22, right?) we are doing as well as the hidden motivation for the request that all come into play.
Another piece I’ll throw out there, as it is one that I’ve had to contend with: How are path in life is designated for this round. I know this through my Vedic birth chart. Some have easy paths, others, like me have one that demand a very high level of self mastery and purity. There’s just no way around for me. I need to go deeper and deeper 100x over more than average. There’s just no short cuts in the recipe!
Starting with just one word is a very good place to start.
Intention and Attention go together for manifestation…
“My entire life is in Divine order, outside of all imagined limits. Only the Divine will is my guide.” That’s part of a prayer from Tosha Silver’s book, “Change Me Prayers.” I find this prayer particularly helpful when I feel my life isn’t going so well. Helps to really turn things around when I want to control outcomes. Trying to control outcomes doesn’t really work for me. 🙁
Hi, everybody trying to walk back home to our Source.
Message to Michelle (2017) and other fellow walkers, looking for the same questioning (I’ve already found the answer). And also to corroborate the ideas of Fred Carson. The eternal Father, the Source of our life, the Father (of Jesus), the Father-Mother-Life (of Christ), or the Divine Consciousness, which is the luminous or energetic manifestation of the Universal Consciousness, the basis of support, structure, processes, hardware and standard software of Life, but lack a manual of use of all this, and which religions and mystical philosophies seek to establish. And our ego simply develops new life software, which does not connect with the Creator’s standard software, breaking the tune with love, justice and divine wisdom, creating its own temporary illusory realities, just as we create our virtual realities. All that we pass, of joys or of pains and sorrows are harvests of our plantations. They are not works of the Creator. It only supplies the raw material and the processes and we (our egos, usually disconnected or out of tune with our Source of Life) create and manage.
Looking for the Path to the lost Paradise (without pain and suffering) I found the Letters of Christ (http://www.elementalgracealliance.com/Christ's%20Letters_Articles_Messages%202007%202014%20Latest%20Edition%20August%202017.pdf), which are the true Manual for eternal Life. But you need to read them at least three times to understand properly (in theory) and then try to practice. There are many terms there that also appear in this 33-day course, which we know exist but we do not know exactly how they work or how to use them. Like a child learning new things. For example, we say do not put your finger in the power outlet as it may give shock. The child does not know what power is, much less what shock is, and there he insists on putting his fingers to pass through experience (of sensations) and to learn. The same is happening in this course. For example, one speaks of unconditional love, but how is the feeling of a true love (not the egoic, sexual, for the satisfaction of our material senses)? How to activate this feeling if you do not know how it is? Then I believe that comes what Christ recommends: seek the solution with the Father, the Source, (Father how should I do it?), and after coming to an answer, ask the Father to help you do it correctly, so that it will never hurt some other living being. And the ego have nothing to decide what to do with its very limited knowledge. We need to have the intention and idea (or choose this option; we have the free will) to let our Source to express himself trough our beings. We should not try to empower our ego in spiritual matters, but reconnect with the Father and let Him express Himself through us. That is the correct way to follow.
This post will end with a summing up of my present intention. Given my current relationship with my husband who transitioned on December 20, 2018 (Agent Orange lung cancer from his time in Vietnam) we are experiencing a most beautiful and rewarding series of connections. The most recent precious experience happened a few days ago while I was reviewing a photograph I had taken of what I have come to see as a deeply spiritual place involving woods, rivers and a tall waterfall in the U.S. which we have visited many times through the years for swimming, wading, gold panning and dream time. While studying the beauty of the photo and without warning (which is how these experiences are) I found my husband and myself standing side by side there at the Falls. His presence was so real and we were in a perfect present moment outside time and space where I felt such a vivid sense of his calm, grace, everywhere complete acceptance that I began to cry in the wonder of it. I understood then Eben’s sorrow when he had to make the choice to return to life here in response to his son’s pleas to come back. Days later I am still in the awe of that experience and it has left me without wanting to even speak. We were in a truly sacred reverent time. I want this level of communion with my husband again. It definitely makes one NOT want to return to the every day of life. In the last four months I have known my husband again and again yet this experience was more spiritually ‘evolved.’ The still sweetness of the moment is indescribable in words. So, my intent is to envision deeper more continuous connection as we plan our cross-dimensional steps forward as the partnership we have always had to work on earth to ease suffering and enjoy Joy to raise the joy vibrations of the Planet and the Universe in our own quiet deeply fulfilling way.
As for an earlier post (Fred?) re dark forces, I definitely am convinced that these lower entities must be recognized and discussed. Darkness is real and we must be armored and protected against it and educated to recognize it and taught to confront it whenever it appears and then deny, disallow, it.
I also have found and am being changed greatly by the Christ letters which someone previously mentioned and I found it.
For Nona’s message may I give my view that it is only on earth that we have duality such as higher forces and lower forces and dark forces. In Divinity there is no division. There seems to be only light. I say as a mantra “I am the light” (which is true) and am trying to see light everywhere I look or go.
I am so grateful for all these sessions, Karen and Eben. I have felt the joyfulness of meditation, as I am guided to go deeper. Why do I fall asleep even though I dob’t usually lie down? I hope to get a machine that will play a CD while I’m
lying down but haven’t succeeded yet. I had recently found one (last year) but it conked out quite quickly. Do you have any suggestions? I feel the strength of the Intentions Session. As long as I remember to put my attention on my specific intention the feeling gets stronger and more powerful. I have learned a great deal, though, and I am eternally grateful
for all the help be reading the replies from all the wonderful folks in this 33 Day Journey Group. Blessings to ALL.
Blessings, gratitude, love and light……..Sandie
Hi, Sandie
If you’re having a little trouble nodding off, try doing your practice as early in the day as possible or when you’re most alert. If I’m a little draggy before I practice, green tea is helpful. Parmahansa Yoganada taught the double breath, which is a very short inhalation, followed by a long, deep one, & then a very short exhalation, followed by a long exhalation, all through the nose. The very short part is almost like gasping. Try 3 or 4 in a row, but be careful b/c too many may make you dizzy. You can repeat them as needed. If you can do the full lotus sitting position, this is best for at least 2 reasons: twisted legs route more blood “upstairs” & provide a stable base, especially if you sit on a firm pillow. The other reason is some mystics hold that the legs hold bad karmic energy or black energy & twisting them is one, speedy way to rid yourself of it. If you experience leg pains, see if you can endure them, as this is bad karma being released & the pains will stop after a time. As is always true, use good sense & don’t force your legs into a position they’re not capable of.
I use my I-pad which has an insert for ear phones and I can lay down and listen to the Om meditation in our practices. I just go to my e-mails and click on the meditation which is provided with the practices and it is wonderful. Also, you can listen sitting up but it is a great way to do the meditations. If you don’t have an I-pad you can also plug the earphones into the computer and listen to the Om meditation.
Intention is a great beginning to any endeavour, it brings us into the present moment, creates awareness of our situation and clarifies our wishes and desires etc. However it should always be accompanied by a conscious connection to Higher Consciousness/God/Reality/Om and also have the proviso “If this is Your Will”. Our finite minds cannot comprehend the full complexity of the Universe and therefore cannot possibly know what the right thing to do is at any given moment with all the resultant ramifications etc. Whereas Ultimate Reality knows exactly what is the best course of action is in every situation to aid in the unfolding of Consciousness.
The old saying “The road to Hell is paved with good intentions” has a lot of truth in it. And what we desire is not necessarily what is best for us.
The concept of “Hell”, of course, is usually glossed over and often ignored or even refuted in the modern wave of “scientific spiritualism” or “quantum healing” etc that is currently sweeping America and now spreading to Europe, but I guess that is because the idea of any kind of hell is obviously not too popular in our modern “comfortable” world and therefore doesn’t sell books. NDE’s that focus on the hellish realms understandably do not get good book deals. However the truth remains that anything that exists or is conceivable on this earthly plain also exists in its archetypal form in the inner world only it is far more Real, Immediate and Eternal there.
As we all know, the worst type of “hell” in this world is to feel what we imagine to be unconditional, pure love for another person only for it to be cruelly snatched away (eg the one we love most rejects us or dies). We burn up inside with a searing fire and inner heartfelt pain…………….. But of course love for anything in this physical world is bound to end in tears – everything here decays and dies eventually. The only true lasting reality is the love for something eternal i.e. “God” or our ‘Higher Self”. And beyond even this is just………Love. But imagine for a moment that you felt this Unconditional Love in every atom of your being, the longed for Unity with your eternal Soul Mate is with you…….and then ……..suddenly…….. it is snatched away with no hope of return…….endless darkness with only the shadows of our deepest fears and the searing fire and pain of loss, anxieties, jealousies, anger and hatreds to keep us company……..and nothing else exists to divert you……….our True Love appears to have gone forever and there is no hope of any Light to guide us away from the suffering. The more we cling onto and are attached to this material world the more pain we will feel when we are finally torn away from it. Eventually, we are told by all the Worlds Great Traditions that even those with just the tiniest seed of good (ie connection to spirit) in their hearts (which is ultimately everyone I suppose) will be shown the Light. So there is hope even for the worst of us, but some will have to go through tremendous pain and suffering first.
Eben seemed to glimpse a tiny piece of the hellish realm while in the “Earthworms Eye View” …………………although I’m not sure if he truly did…………………
What is frustrating about most of todays Western “spiritual teachers” and “gurus”, however, is that they all sidestep this “hellish” aspect of Reality – its just not popular enough. Few of them are willing to directly confront the internal negative patterns and beliefs of todays modern materialistic world by warning people of the dire consequences, not only in this life but more importantly in the worlds to come, of of not facing up to All of Reality here and now. The conventional external scientists are willing to do this on the material level by confronting and speaking the truth about climate change, but these “internal scientists” seem to either be in denial or simply lack the inner strength and courage to face the probable resultant backlash. Mind you, its understandably difficult (if not impossible?) to tell the Whole Truth when we are financially or emotionally dependant on those we are speaking to……………………………
If we simply hide away from the world and/or only associate with those people who reinforce our own belief systems and viewpoint, avoiding all those who challenge what we say and believe, how can we possibly have any hope of aiding further expansion of consciousness?
Whatever some of the modern “gurus” may imply, sometimes it is necessary to go to war in order to defend Truth (and the most important war is the internal one with our own destructive/negative behaviour patterns and beliefs), just as sometimes it is necessary for our body’s cells to go to war against invading bacteria, viruses or malformed cancer cells. We need have no fear in this situation, though, since Truth and Light will always win in the end because falsehood and darkness actually have no reality in themselves, they are simply lack of Light. Even if we die in the fight, it is better to die in this way than to be struck down while fearfully running away from the enemy – and besides, there will alway be someone (a spiritual friend) following close behind to take up the banner………………….
Dear Fred, thank you for taking the time to write about your experience and about what you believe to be true. As of today I am 77 years old. I was born with cerebral palsy and raised in a Catholic orphanage till I was almost 16. My very presence at the orphanage was a major afront to the world view and religious beliefs held by these nuns because somewhere at the age of 5, I became a sentient being with a very high IQ. I do remember holding a book in the first grade and reading aloud to the class. The other boys complained they couldn’t understand a word I was saying. The teacher told them, too bad, because I was the only boy who could read. Having a pronounced physical disability was okay with the nuns; being also intelligent, was not. At that time in my life, I remember seeing many physicians. Years later my cousin told me I single-handedly changed the views of the medical community towards the notion that a person with CP had an intelligence which could rival the own. Unfortunately for me there was no decent academic curriculum for me to learn. If I had to use one word that underscored my years there, it would be the word “warehouse”. However, I did learn all about the Catholic religion. And, I fully bought into everything they told me. My real life began when I found myself alone at the age of 20 living in the city with absolutely no marketable skills and very little money. On the plus side, despite my disability, I had a strong physical constitution with a high degree of resilience. Fortunately for me, depression never had a chance to sink its claws into me. Back when I was 13 I realized I was going to have a rough road to travel in life. This was the only time I ever sank into a deep funk. It lasted about 6 or 7 weeks. Then, on April 19th, I made the decision—realizing having a disability—I was going to just live my life just one day at a time and never after had a serious bout with depression. However, due to circumstances beyond my control, I had a very warped view of God, religion and human sexuality. It took me many decades to get my head straight and untangle my beliefs, my emotions and undo everything I believed in to be True. Never, due to financial constraints, did I ever receive professional help. Believe me I was a mess. For years and years, I sought help in the Catholic framework. Eventually I had to let go the whole Catholic mindset. It was hard, especially because there was stuff I really liked and I was left anchorless without a core belief of a Spiritual reality. Because of a deep love for the Natural World and the Environment I was led to “The Dream of the Earth” by Thomas Berry and “The Phenomenon of Man” by Pierre Teilhard de Cardin. These two seminal works were largely responsible for my evolving Spiritual beliefs I have today. Paradoxically (for me) as I stopped being a Catholic I Still believed in “God”. Largely because when I look back on my life, I am perplexed and astounded as to how I am here in one piece. Along the way I had a spinal fusion in ’96 and a quadruple bypass ’04.
There is no Hell. There are consequences, of course, for negative behaviors. My Spirituality fully allows for reincarnation where there are plenty of opportunities for ‘course correction’ to undo past errors. I believe how we interact with ourselves and with others offers the best way to Advance and become pleasing to God or Om.
Thanks, Thomas S., for including the titles of your influential books; I read constantly, so I’m always looking for the best to go to next. I agree that Hell is a temporary place unless you are particularly hard-headed & you may be there longer than necessary. I rejected Christianity & any other fire & brimstone mock-up for the very reasons George Carlin made famous: God will punish you for your sins & cast you into eternal fire & damnation, but HE LOVES YOU! Once I realized that humanity does a fine job lashing itself, while the Almighty is Love & assists us at every opportunity, then I could understand spiritual evolution as eternal & awe-inspiring in its fairness.
I have learned to surrender to the source of all. I have learned the laws do not know the difference between intention and the 3d world, therefore, if my stove broke down, I can visualize a brand new stove, my self cooking in it, enjoying the food, cleaning and maintain the stove. Doing this with intention will create the stove to appear. As we work on ourselves, get in alignment, understand how the laws work and allow the higher beings who have far more knowledge than our limiting minds, we then are blessed with manifestation. I allow time (spiritual beings do not have 3D time) and know they may need to make other things happen before our request, so that it is of the highest good for me/ others or I realize it may not be in my best interest to have that intention to occur. All my medition are with intent whether it is a prayer for someone, society, myself, family/friends, mother earth, government etc. I use “Om sound music with specific areas to work on, my new study of Kabbalah meditations, silence, nature and your meditation during the day along with prayers. These daily journeys are helping us focus, creating space, creating the higher conscious states that are needed to balance and stay in higher vibration for the planet and ourselves. Blessings being sent to the both of you for your work.
Thank you! This is such an important discipline which I do practice and try and live by. Being clear on the intention is really important and it also must be accompanied with an elevated emotion. The clear intention comes from the mind and the elevated emotion comes from the heart. The two together create a coherence and the Universal Intelligence supplies the result which comes in a way least expected but just right for you at that moment in time. As you say, if we expect the results to come in a specific way then we haven’t let go for something greater to happen.
Right on, Joe Hayes! Thanks for succinct summary.
Is it better to practice just one intention solely for a period of time to get the best results? I have numerous intentions (wholeness, expansion, joy, integration) and state them at different times when I meditate or practice yoga or listen to the Sacred Acoustics recordings.
Tascha,
I asked and it was given to me more than I can process with Sacred Acoustics tones. I never tried anything else before. I was raised Catholic (it was very important for my Mama) but didn’t practice. I meditated not knowing what I was doing (learned some verses without meaning), it was just a lullaby.
With Sacred Acoustics tones I see, I hear, I feel and I ask, and I’m receiving answers. It’s amazing. Thank you Eben & Karen.
So respect what you’ve written; Biblically it’s written that “ask & you shall receive..” But what that really means I’ve never understood, especially as so often it seems to be used to encourage accumulation of possessions, when I suspect it’s solely about being helped to gain spiritual enlightenment.
At the moment, I’m a mother who just wants to feel reassured that her child, studying abroad, is kept safe from certain kinds of harm proliferating in a country that seems to be battling serious evil on many fronts. Do I just speak out my positive affirrmation as if I were talking to a friend? Do I need to express my confidence & gratitude that God & his angels are hearing me & protecting my daughter & her friends?
Bozena,
I see that you were raised Catholic but did not practice. I was raised agnostic but always had strong feelings that there was much more than the world we are presented with at birth. I became a Jesus Freak in the 70’s but found that totally unstructured with so many opinions and little direction. I found the Mormon church in the 80’s and have been a member since. I find that contrary to popular belief there is little dogma in the church. People have a wide range of opinions and the church encourages us to get learning from the best books.
When I found Eben’s “Proof of Heaven” on the “trade a book” bookshelf outside the local Starbucks I was pleasantly surprised that it was not at all what I expected from the title. I find nothing in his experience that is beyond my beliefs.
Getting back to Catholicism, Early on in “Living in a Mindful Universe,” Eben mentions a book suggested by his local priest. “Light from Light,” by Dupre and Wiseman. It is selected writings from Christian, (Catholic, because that was the only church back then) Mystics. I have read bits of the book Origen and Thresa of Avila, and bits and pieces throughout. What I am finding is that their experience was much like Eben’s in the journey and what they are describing. The book is excerpted from their more mystical writings. I am sure they wrote a lot on other subjects. This thread is repeated by mystics from all religions and seems to come forth is remarkably similar ways when one takes into account for cultural differences.
I too am very new to meditation just a few months of concentrated practice. I have not had one of those mystical experiences and have only recently dipped into the Hypnogogic state that Eben and Karen talk about. I still consider what I have experienced as dreams rather than journeys into a greater reality. That may come, may not. As for now, the meditation is helping me in my daily life to focus on the important things.
It brings to mind a quote from Joseph Smith, the founder of Mormonism. “A church that has not power to save in this life, has no power to save in heaven.” We are here to learn and move toward becoming our best selves. The opposition is here to help us know good from evil and make our own choices. There is a wide spectrum in that statement I prefer not to judge anyone on their journey because what they are learning is tailored to their specific universal needs and is beyond my ability to comprehend.
Dear Arthur,
If you enjoy that hypnogogic state & want more of it, try some fiercely hard labor, like shoveling gravel into a wheel barrow & pushing it about or carrying a heavy load uphill & down many times. Then go some place where you won’t be disturbed & lie down on a rug or something not too soft but firm & focus intensely on your breathing. Watch it closely. If you thoroughly exhausted yourself, you’ll soon hear your body snoring & you can experience that wonderful. peaceful sensation for as long as you can keep your mind awake. With practice, it can last quite a while. You may have heard that Salvador Dali got a lot of his visionary painting ideas by sitting on a hard chair to nap. When he tipped over, about to fall out of the chair, he would often remember a vivid dream.
We know from the Bible: Ask and it’s given.
I was so open for neurostreams as yesterday during my work I was listening binaural sounds on youtube ( just gave in: positive healing neurostreams). I had not more than 7 Minutes of strange sounds and woke up this morning with headache. Therefor I had to see how careful we have to be the which sources we connect.
Thanks again for the source we are connected here!
After typing out my message, it was annulled, saying I should slow down, but seeing as I received lesson 22 last night and answered it after a nights sleep, I am puzzled, but I will try again later. Love Margaret.
Intention is the process we employ that attracts all that is meaningful into our lives. Everything we do or have begins with intention, knowingly and unknowingly. I firmly believe that the cause of every effect begins with intention. I also firmly believe that “I Am” is an acronym that spells out the secret to all of our lives. “I Am” is the acronym for Intention Attraction Manifestation. All that is has been and is intended to be.
Why is it easier to attract evil then than good? Looking beyond the exttemely nartow expanse of our individual lives and out to a bigger picture, tgere is a lot of suffering & troubles in many parts of tge eorld, which is creeping into many industrialised nations now. I dont understand how you can speak of “Attraction Manifestation” as if it is a poditive phenomenon, when clearly there is currently so much efgort being channeled into destroying democracies – just one example- corruption on many levels is another- accessing heaps of money illegally & fraudulently. Too much of the evil being perpetrated, is just far too widespread, dragging too many innocent people simply trying to live good lives into its net, for me to believe that “it’s all part of God’s plan..”
I am of the opinion that there is much more good in this world than evil. Evil exists, true. Our popular media are making a “killing” by throwing the evil up and into our faces because it sells better than stories about how many more children are being born without problems and how we are getting water to places so people don’t have to walk miles to bring a bucket home and how we have been living in the greatest era of peace ever. There are no democracies in this world that have gone to war against each other. There have been wars, nasty wars, in the past 70 years, but nothing like those that ravaged the earth for thousands of years before.
Look for the good, it is here, all around us if you pay attention. It does not jump out and beg to be seen like evil does.
From one angle, evil is necessary to teach us to make the best of ourselves, so we won’t have to come back to this veil of tears, unless we choose to do so. The most extreme nastiness is often needed to shock people into really examining what a fleshy existence is all about: temporariness, constant change, rot, decay, sorrow, suffering. As some Buddhists put it, birth, old age, illness, & death, rinse & repeat. Birth, old age, illness, & death, etc. Fully absorbing this fact of suffering supplies many w/ the motivation to ask for answers. Don’t get me wrong. Life is a privilege, but its pleasures are, like its pain, bound to change & end.
I dislike the word ” evil” a lot and usually like to substitute the word “ignorance” in its place as that seems to be more forgiving and since my philosphy is that there is nothing in this world except the Divine, that would be like calling the Divine evil.
This world is a world of “duality” hence we have good and evil (we have eaten of the tree of knowing good and evil). Heaven is a place where no duality exists. I know you could say that using ignorance is using duality also but maybe not because good is not the opposite of ignorance.
Thank you for this. It is just what I needed today.
I have already held my intention for months and it has led to many changes and chance (miracle) meetings and opportunities that I KNOW I could not have orchestrated on my own.
Yet, at times, it can STILL be super-challenging to remain centered in my intention while surrendering the outcome… I want to do things to ‘help’ bring my idea of ‘the ultimate outcome’ about. I also know my TINY idea of the ultimate outcome is ludicrous compared to what consciousness would cook up for me. But then, the fear creeps in and I succumb, and act in some way that is not in alignment with the intent and what I know to be truth. ALWAYS with regret.
I’m hoping this technique of linking three words/feelings together will help to contain that ‘fire’ (so to speak) that leads me to try and control the outcome.
Thanks for the guidance! And also for this wonderful 33-day gift! 😍
Love and light!
Pamela
Today’s lesson is the BEST! This is exactly what I believe and hope for. The hard part is imagining how it FEELS to have my goal/question completed/manifested without focusing the particulars of the outcome (i.e. the “how I got there”). Anyways, great job!
Hello Mark
The best way how to imagine the feeling of your intention to come to pass is this; first think of a period in your life where you felt very uplifted, happy & proud of yourself, for example it might have been the day you got your drivers license remember how great the feeling was, now relive it in your mind and recall the uplifting emotional feeling of being on top of the world, now attach that uplifting great feeling to your intention, believe me it works, you need to ‘Hook’ the feeling of whatever your intention is as if it has already come to pass.
Have a great day
