Sacred Flow and Connection: A Sound Meditation Experiential

Dr. Eben Alexander teams up with brain entrainment pioneer Karen Newell in a workshop exploring consciousness through specialized sound meditation. In his books, Proof of Heaven and The Map of Heaven, Dr. Alexander describes his unique near-death experience and the places he encountered in the “afterlife.”

In the workshop, he will talk about his inner journey then and now, his latest observations on science and spirituality, and the lessons, experiences, and enigma of consciousness.  He is joined by Karen Newell, co-founder of Sacred Acoustics, who will briefly explain the technology of brain entrainment. Then, she will lead a group experiential utilizing specific sounds as tools to assist in bringing us quickly into a deep meditative state of oneness, without having to go through a near-death experience.  There will be plenty of time for Q&A and discussion about how to bring the insights from meditation into everyday living.
