June 16 – We Are All One Mind
Special Guest: Dr. Larry Dossey
In our third session, Dr. Larry Dossey will join Eben and Karen to discuss implications of the One Mind, including boundaries of self, the linguistic brain and evidence for how all of life throughout the universe is inter-connected. People who tune in to the One Mind are more likely to be happier, healthier, more creative, and wiser. A sense of being connected with all others and with all sentient life has been recognized throughout human history as a source of immense joy and fulfillment.
- Discover how quieting the linguistic brain (self/ego) allows us to glimpse behind the brain’s filter, which normally dominates our perceptions and beliefs.
- The One Mind is a source of great wisdom and creativity, because it constitutes an infinite pool of information that we can learn to access, as many famous artists and scientists have done throughout history.
- Our minds are not localized or confined to particular points in space or time. We can invite this awareness through meditation or some other contemplative type of spiritual work. This awareness has always been there, but is not typically allowed to surface. This greater mind is boundless in time, therefore it is immortal and eternal.
