This one-day forum focuses on providing education and resources to prepare the community on how to effectively care for the spiritual needs and interests of patients and their caregivers. Near-death experiences provide a small window that allows people to reduce their anxiety by providing a small glimpse of what one may expect in the afterlife.

Community Hospice & Health Services is approved to provide four (4) contact hours for nursing and CNA’s by the California Board of Registered Nursing NAC 7283, four (4) contact hours for chaplains by the Healthcare Chaplains Association and four (4) participation hours for social workers.
