New Training: Specialized Audio Technology for Health and Wellness

Learn how to integrate specialized audio technology into your medical or mental health practice in this experiential workshop.

Workshop Faculty: Eben Alexander, MD; Anna Yusim, MD; and Karen Newell

Explore methods to improve healing and wellness for your clients through the use of NeuralHelix® audio technology. In this professional training for doctors, nurses, mental health professionals, addiction specialists, and related health practitioners, you will experience and learn how to use and integrate advanced brainwave entrainment technology into your medical or mental health practice. You learn to:

  • Understand nonconventional definitions of brain and consciousness
  • Practice using audio brainwave entrainment technology
  • Describe and utilize meditation, breath techniques, heart awareness, and other practices
  • Convey the importance of personal experience in meditation for daily life
  • Apply the use of sound meditation in patient care
  • You also learn how to coach your patients to apply practical techniques in their daily lives, and specifically how they can utilize specialized sound recordings as a tool for healing, harmony, and wholeness.

Credit hours (26.5) will be available for:  APA – Psychologists (American Psychological Association), BRN/ANCC – Nurses,  SW-NYS – Social Workers and Counselors of New York State, and SW – Social Workers. See registration for pricing and details.

FACULTY:

Eben Alexander, MD, was an academic neurosurgeon for over 25 years, including 15 years at the Brigham & Women’s Hospital, Children’s Hospital, and Harvard Medical School in Boston, with a passionate interest in physics and cosmology. He is the author of the New York Times #1 bestseller Proof of Heaven and The Map of Heaven. Anna Yusim, MD is a board-certified psychiatrist with a private practice in New York City. She is a Lecturer at Yale Medical School, where she is creating a Mental Health and Spirituality Program.  She completed her undergraduate education at Stanford University and attended Yale Medical School and the NYU Residency Training Program in Psychiatry. She has traveled, lived and worked in over 50 countries and presented at numerous national and international medical conferences.
